Binnen onze business line bouw zijn we gespecialiseerd in burgerlijke bouwkunde, industriebouw en gebouwen. Dankzij onze vakkennis en efficiënte uitvoering van de werken, worden wij beschouwd als een relevante partner bij grote bouwwerken.Om ons projectteam te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een planningsingenieur. Hoe bouw jij mee aan de strafste plannen?

  • Je werkt samen op basis van input van de projectleiding de basisplanning van het project uit conform onze kwaliteitseisen voor planning
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit op deze planning
  • Je voedt vanuit de projectplanning de onderliggende planningen voor bv. aankoop, documenten, etc.
  • Je legt de link tussen planning en budget
  • Voor cost controle
  • Voor omzet- en cash-planning
  • Je simuleert en evalueert de impact van trade-offs en uitvoeringsmethodes op de planning
  • Je verwerkt de voortgangscontrole van de projectleider incl. eventuele projectwijzigingen
  • Je maakt de afwijking van de voortgangscontrole t.o.v. de basisplanning inzichtelijk & rapporteert
  • Je stelt kritische vragen over de planning
  • Je genereert de planning voor de klant
  • Je berekent de impact van wijzigingen van de klant op de planning voor verrekeningen en claims

Wat heb jij in huis?

  • Niveau industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Minstens vijf jaar werkervaring
  • Grondige kennis Primavera & Excel (MS Project is een pluspunt)
  • Interesse in ERP systemen
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht
  • Administratief & organisatorisch bekwaam
  • Kennis Nederlands-Engels-Frans

Waar kan je bij ons op rekenen?

  • Wij streven naar een open bedrijfscultuur met tweerichtingscommunicatie. Je komt terecht in een gedreven team waarin jij en je collega’s elkaar complementair aanvullen.
  • Je krijgt de kans om autonoom te werken en je werk dus zelf te organiseren
  • Je kan rekenen op een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur. Je werkt een 40-uren week, waardoor je op jaarbasis 12 ADV-dagen opbouwt, en volgt verder het collectief bouwverlof, waarvan drie weken tijdens de maand juli en twee weken kerstvakantie. Aanvullend kan je 6 verlofdagen vrij inplannen.
  • Bovendien kan je bij ons rekenen op een gericht opleidingspakket zodat je je zowel op persoonlijk als professioneel vlak verder kan ontplooien. Je zal je skills verder kunnen ontwikkelen en de kans krijgen om door te groeien in een vooruitstrevende omgeving.
  • Een meter/peter die jou gedurende het eerste jaar wegwijs maakt
