Wij zoeken een Planner Crew & Operations!

Achter elke vlotte vaart schuilt een sterke planning. Als Planner zorg jij ervoor dat onze bemanningsleden op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats zijn en dat alle personeelsgerelateerde administratie nauwkeurig wordt opgevolgd. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent blijft onze operatie letterlijk in beweging.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als spilfiguur tussen kantoor en schip speel je een cruciale rol in de dagelijkse werking van de vloot.
  • Je stelt de personeelsplanning voor de bemanningsleden op en zorgt voor een optimale bezetting aan boord.
  • Je schakelt snel bij onverwachte situaties, zoals afwezigheden of dringende vervangingen.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met de bemanning en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met de medewerkers aan boord.
  • Je volgt de situatie op de schepen nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een vlotte informatiestroom tussen schip en kantoor.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en behoudt steeds het overzicht over de operationele planning.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve processen rond het varend personeel correct en tijdig worden afgehandeld.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit organiseren, communiceren en oplossingen vinden.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig denk- en werkniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring met personeelsplanning.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en hebt een goede werkkennis Duits.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en weet snel prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en bent administratief sterk.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en houdt van een dynamische omgeving.
