Werk mee als Planontwikkelaar De functie Als planontwikkelaar moet je creatief zijn in het bedenken van maatregelen om de juiste balans te vinden tussen kwaliteit, kosten en opbrengsten binnen het afwegingskader van de opdrachtgever. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je bekend bent met recente ontwikkelingen en nieuwe technieken op het gebied van toe te passen producten en materialen. Je werkt samen met je ontwikkelteam om de wensen van de klant om te zetten in een duidelijk en haalbaar investerings- en onderhoudsplan. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het esthetisch of energetisch verbeteren van wooncomplexen. Je gebruikt jouw technische en inhoudelijke kennis om verschillende beleidsopties en scenario's uit te werken en door te rekenen. Uiteindelijk zorg je dat er een heldere technische werkomschrijving, een bijpassende investeringsbegroting en een MJOB op tafel ligt. Als planontwikkelaar denk je creatief mee over slimme maatregelen die zorgen voor de beste balans tussen kwaliteit, kosten en opbrengsten. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je op de hoogte bent van nieuwe producten, materialen en technische ontwikkelingen. Iemand die graag samenwerkt, maar ook zijn of haar rol pakt als aanjager binnen het team. Jij houdt de vaart erin, stelt kritische vragen en neemt anderen mee in jouw enthousiasme. Je hebt je ervaring opgedaan in de bouw- of onderhoudsbranche, en jouw hart gaat sneller kloppen van de bestaande bouw.
