Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt de ruimte om je eigen koers te bepalen. - Ontwikkelen van woningbouwplannen en woon-zorgcomplexen; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, gemeenten en adviseurs; - Beoordelen van haalbaarheid en financiële randvoorwaarden; - Begeleiden van het vergunningstraject. Je kunt doorgroeien naar Senior Planontwikkelaar of je specialiseren in gebiedsontwikkeling.
