Je combineert bouwkundige inspecties met advies over onderhoud, verduurzaming en brandveiligheid. Zo vertaal je de wensen van woningcorporaties naar concrete plannen voor de komende jaren. Wat ga je doen? Als Planontwikkelaar planmatig onderhoud ontwikkel je voor onze opdrachtgever onderhouds- en renovatieplannen voor bestaande woningen. Je bespreekt met woningcorporaties welke wensen en doelen zij hebben voor hun woningbezit. Vervolgens inspecteer je woningen en breng je de bouwkundige staat en onderhoudsbehoefte duidelijk in kaart. Daarbij kijk je naar planmatig onderhoud, verduurzaming, brandveiligheid en actuele wet- en regelgeving. Op basis van deze informatie stel je passende meerjarenplannen en onderhoudsscenario's op. Je adviseert woningcorporaties over technische keuzes en mogelijkheden voor energetische renovatie. Denk hierbij aan isolatiemaatregelen, schilderwerk en verbeteringen die bijdragen aan een lager energieverbruik en meer wooncomfort. Je houdt rekening met kwaliteit, kosten, planning en de uitvoerbaarheid van de plannen. Als aanspreekpunt stem je technische vraagstukken af met verschillende betrokken partijen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat bouwkundige plannen worden omgezet in haalbare oplossingen voor duurzaam woningonderhoud. "Met Evoke heb ik goed kunnen sparren over wat ik wilde.
