In een internationale productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, innovatie en operationele efficiëntie centraal staan, neem je een sleutelrol op in het verbinden van financiële inzichten met de dagelijkse werking van de plant. Als business partner ondersteun je productie, supply chain en andere kostenplaatsen die bijdragen aan de Cost of Goods Sold.

  • Analyseren van alle kosten gerelateerd aan plantactiviteiten en supply chain.
  • Voorbereiden van budgetten, forecasts en KPI’s in samenwerking met diverse stakeholders.
  • Aanleveren van financiële inzichten en aanbevelingen ter ondersteuning van beslissingen.
  • Uitvoeren van maandafsluitingen, inclusief accruals, kostentoewijzingen en variatieanalyses.
  • Monitoren van manufacturing cost drivers zoals voorraadbewegingen, waarderingen, arbeidsefficiëntie en overheadabsorptie.
  • Vertalen van analyses naar concrete acties en bruikbare inzichten.
  • Ondersteunen van investeringsdossiers door financiële analyses en businesscases op te maken.
  • Bewaken van voorraadniveaus, uitvoeren van reconciliaties en analyseren van verschillen.
  • Versterken van een KPI‑gedreven cultuur door het aanleveren van duidelijke rapportering.
  • Continu verbeteren van controllingprocessen door bestaande werkwijzen kritisch te evalueren.
  • Implementeren van efficiëntere financiële controles en rapporteringspraktijken.
  • Rapporteren aan de Group Controller.
  • Masterdiploma in Economie, Finance, Business Administration of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in plant controlling binnen een internationale context.
  • Ervaring in de fashion- of retailsector is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe financiële informatie helder te vertalen.
  • Proactieve en zelfstandige business partner met een transparante communicatiestijl.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en het vermogen om data om te zetten in concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Kritische mindset gecombineerd met een ondernemende houding.
  • Nauwkeurig en detailgericht, met behoud van het helikopterzicht.
  • Vloeiend in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands is een sterke troef.
