Wil jij als controller meer zijn dan de persoon achter de cijfers? Zoek je een rol waarin je dagelijks samenwerkt met productie, management en finance om de prestaties van een internationale productiesite mee te sturen?

Voor een internationale en familiale marktleider binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Plant Controller die als financiële business partner mee de financiële én operationele performantie van een productieomgeving helpt sturen.

In deze functie combineer je financiële expertise met een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en krijg je de kans om een directe impact te hebben op de resultaten van de site.

Jobomschrijving

  • Fungeren als financiële business partner voor de productieorganisatie en het lokale management.
  • Analyseren van operationele en financiële KPI's, resultaten, voorraden en CAPEX-investeringen.
  • Identificeren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van budgetten, forecasts en historische resultaten en deze vertalen naar concrete actiepunten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van budgetten, forecasts en langetermijnplanningen.
  • Ownership nemen over product costing en kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Bijdragen aan initiatieven rond kostenefficiëntie en productieoptimalisatie.
  • Optimaliseren en verder professionaliseren van reporting- en controllingprocessen.
  • Uitwerken van business cases en ad-hoc analyses ter ondersteuning van strategische beslissingen.
  • Voorbereiden en presenteren van business reviews aan relevante stakeholders.
  • Constructief challengen van operationele en financiële aannames.
  • Actief samenwerken met productie, operations en management om de prestaties van de site verder te verbeteren.

Must haves

  • Masterdiploma in Finance, Economie, Accountancy of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen controlling, audit of finance.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een businessgerichte mindset.
  • Ervaring met budgettering, forecasting en rapportering.
  • Vlotte kennis van Excel.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en maturiteit om stakeholders te challengen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving.
  • Kennis van SAP of een ander ERP-systeem.
  • Ervaring met product costing, voorraadbeheer en CAPEX.
  • Achtergrond binnen audit of controlling.
  • Ervaring met business partnering en management reporting.
  • Interesse in optimalisatie- en verbetertrajecten.
  • Ambitie om op termijn verder door te groeien.
