Plant Controller (m/f/x)

Als Plant Controller übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Operations und Finance. Du sorgst für Transparenz über die operative Performance, entwickelst aussagekräftige Steuerungsinstrumente und unterstützt die Fachbereiche mit datenbasierten Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen. Mit Deinem Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, SAP-Daten und Performance Kennzahlen trägst Du aktiv zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Produktivität und Profitabilität unseres Standorts bei.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten • Performance Management: Analyse zentraler Produktionskennzahlen und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen. • Reporting & KPIs: Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Reportings und Dashboards. • Datenqualität: Sicherstellung der Qualität, Konsistenz und Verlässlichkeit von Daten und Reports. • Business Partnering: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Supply Chain und Maintenance zur Optimierung der Prozesse. • Abweichungsanalysen: Analyse von Leistungsabweichungen und Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen. • Verbesserungsinitiativen: Bewertung, Priorisierung und Erfolgsmessung von Continuous Improvement-Maßnahmen. • SAP & Stammdaten: Analyse von Abweichungen in Stücklisten, Routings und Materialverbrauchsdaten. • Controlling & Forecasting: Mitarbeit bei Monatsabschlüssen, Budgetierung, Forecasts sowie Rentabilitätsanalysen. • Inventarcontrolling: Analyse von Bestands- und Inventurdifferenzen sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen. • Continuous Improvement: Förderung datenbasierter Entscheidungen und Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Optimierungsprojekten.

Dein Profil & Stärken • Ausbildung: Studium in Finance, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar. • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Controlling-Erfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld; Erfahrung bei den Big Four von Vorteil. • Analytik: Starkes Zahlenverständnis und Fähigkeit, Daten in Handlungsempfehlungen umzusetzen. • Produktion: Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, KPIs und operative Zusammenhänge. • Systeme: Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, BI-Tools und Reporting-Lösungen. • Persönlichkeit: Proaktiv, pragmatisch und kommunikationsstark. • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
