Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Plant Controller:

  • Je duikt in ons SAP-systeem om de financiële kant van de productieprocessen zo in te richten dat alle kosten en calculaties altijd perfect kloppen.
  • Elke maand neem je de productie-output onder de loep: je vergelijkt de werkelijke kosten met de planning, brengt inkoop- en kostprijsverschillen helder in kaart en stuurt standaarden bij waar nodig.
  • Je houdt onze kostprijssystemen up-to-date voor zowel het bestaande als het nieuwe productportfolio. Je berekent en bewaakt de marges, denkt strategisch mee over interne verrekenprijzen en trekt proactief aan de bel bij kostprijsproblemen.
  • Je houdt grip op de voorraden door de maandelijkse controles uit te voeren en de omloopsnelheid nauwkeurig te analyseren.
  • Je bent de vaste financiële sparringpartner voor de collega's van Operations, Productie en R&D om samen de kostenefficiëntie te verhogen. Daarnaast ondersteun je het management met scherpe, ad-hoc analyses.

Jouw achtergrond voor deze rol:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een relevante masteropleiding (Financieel-Economisch) en hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het ERP- systeem SAP.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die tegelijk zelfstandig kan werken en beschikt over analytische vaardigheden.
