Voor onze klant, regio Tielt, gaan wij op zoek naar een Plant HSE Manager. Het bedrijf is actief in de chemische/textiel industrie en telt lokaal een 350-tal personen. De organisatie heeft het volledige proces in eigen beheer: vanaf creatie tot productie en verzending wordt door de werknemers tot een goed einde gebracht. De producten kennen bovendien een wereldwijde toepassing.

Momenteel gaat de organisatie op zoek naar een ervaren HSE Manager om hun team te versterken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je staat in voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven/opvolgen van het HSE-beleid binnen de site
  • De nadruk ligt op veiligheid en gezondheid, maar milieu komt eveneens aan bod
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle wet- en regelgevingen op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu worden nageleefd
  • De coördinatie van de werking van het CPBW valt eveneens onder jouw verantwoordelijkheden (voorbereiden agendapunten, opstellen verslagen, actiepunten bekijken,…)
  • Je organiseert interne audits en analyseert arbeidsongevallen. Bovendien stel je ook preventief verbeteracties voor
  • Daarnaast neem je deel aan projecten rond ecologische voetafdruk en verzamel je alle milieu-gerelateerde data voor het ESG-rapport
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Elektromechanica, Chemie of Veiligheidstechnieken
  • Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als HSE Manager is een must, pluspunten als dit binnen de chemische/textiel industrie is
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Preventieadviseur niveau 1 of 2
  • Daarnaast beschik je over een diploma van Milieucoördinator A/B
