The posting

Als Plant Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, coördineren en realiseren van technische projecten binnen een grootschalige productieomgeving. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Voorbereiden en realiseren van kleine tot middelgrote projecten rond werkplaatsinrichtingen, technische installaties en gebouwen.
  • Beheren, ontwerpen en implementeren van material handling-oplossingen zoals transportbanden, manipulatoren, heftafels, montageplatformen, AGV's en vorkliften.
  • Coördineren van projecten rond nutsvoorzieningen en energie-infrastructuur voor gebouwen.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van initiatieven om kosten te beheersen en processen te optimaliseren.
  • Opvolgen van wettelijke periodieke keuringen van hef- en behandelingstoestellen, alsook laag- en hoogspanningsinstallaties.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van kantoor- en fabriekslayouts.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om technische verbeteringen te identificeren en succesvol te implementeren.
  • Bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.
  • Ook starters of kandidaten met een eerste relevante werkervaring komen in aanmerking.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om nieuwe processen en systemen snel onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en praktisch in de uitvoering.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office (Excel, Word en PowerPoint).
  • Kennis van AutoCAD is een pluspunt.
  • Basiskennis van elektriciteit vormt een extra troef.
  • Je werkt graag samen en voelt je thuis in een technische productieomgeving.
