Plant Manager | Industriële Productie

Introductie

Voor een industriële productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Plant Manager die de volledige operationele verantwoordelijkheid over de site regio Waregem opneemt. Je staat aan het hoofd van een organisatie met een 50-tal arbeiders en bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel productie als maintenance. l samenwerken en hebt daarbij een sterke focus op veiligheid, efficiëntie en continue verbetering. Een brede managementfunctie voor een ingenieur met ervaring als Plant Manager of Operations Manager, die graag dicht bij de werkvloer staat en ownership neemt over de volledige site.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je draagt de operationele eindverantwoordelijkheid over de plant en stuurt een organisatie van een 50-tal arbeiders aan.
  • Je maakt van veiligheid op de werkvloer een absolute prioriteit en zorgt ervoor dat procedures niet alleen bestaan, maar ook dagelijks worden toegepast.
  • Je coacht je leidinggevenden en medewerkers en bouwt verder aan een cultuur van ownership, samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je analyseert KPI's en productieprestaties en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen rond efficiëntie, processen, kosten en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Je neemt het voortouw in continuous improvement, technische investeringen en verdere professionalisering van de site.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een ingenieursdiploma in een technische of industriële richting.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als Plant Manager, Operations Manager of in een vergelijkbare eindverantwoordelijke productiefunctie.
  • Je hebt een sterke achtergrond binnen industriële productie en voldoende technische affiniteit om ook maintenance mee aan te sturen.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die zichtbaar aanwezig is op de werkvloer en mensen meekrijgt in verandering.
