Plant Manager - Kempen - Manufacturing Onze opdrachtgever is een snelgroeiend Vlaams familiebedrijf. Ze hebben zich op relatief korte tijd ontwikkeld tot een toonaangevende speler binnen hun nichemarkt. Het bedrijf onderscheidt zich door een hoge automatiseringsgraad, een eigen productie- en transportorganisatie en een uitzonderlijk sterke focus op klantenservice. Dankzij hun flexibiliteit, korte levertermijnen en pragmatische aanpak blijven ze marktaandeel winnen in een uitdagende markt.

Om de groei in Antwerpen en Limburg verder te ondersteunen, wordt momenteel een volledig nieuwe productiesite uitgebouwd. Jobomschrijving

Plant Manager - Kempen - Manufacturing

  • Mee vormgeven aan de opstart en verdere uitbouw van een nieuwe productiesite.
  • Coördineren van dagelijkse operationele activiteiten en waken over een efficiënte productieorganisatie.
  • Beheren van het machinepark en nauw samenwerken met maintenance om de technische beschikbaarheid te garanderen.
  • Instaan voor het beheer van terreinen, productiehallen en infrastructuur.
  • Opvolgen en bewaken van kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Samenwerken met productie, logistiek, technische dienst en het hoofdkantoor om operationele doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Uitbouwen van een nieuwe siteorganisatie en ondersteunen bij de verdere groei van het team.
  • Fungeren als centrale schakel tussen operationele medewerkers, management en externe stakeholders.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de inrichting van processen, werkmethodes en structuur binnen de nieuwe vestiging.
  • Opnemen van een zeer hands-on rol waarbij aanwezigheid op de werkvloer essentieel is.

Plant Manager - Kempen - Manufacturing

  • Masterdiploma in een technische richting.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen productie, operations, engineering of de bouwsector.
  • Ervaring met of kennis van AutoCAD.
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten.
  • Ondernemende ingesteldheid met de ambitie om een site mee uit te bouwen.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en sterk stakeholdermanagement.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en in staat om operationele en strategische uitdagingen te combineren.
