Jobomschrijving

Plant Manager - regio Antwerpen - Manufacturing

  • Leiden en aansturen van de volledige productieorganisatie met focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit, levering en kostenbeheersing.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van operationele strategieën die bijdragen aan de groei en competitiviteit van de vestiging.
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het behalen van productie-, kwaliteits- en efficiëntiedoelstellingen.
  • Coördineren van productie, onderhoud, planning, logistiek en technische diensten om optimale prestaties te garanderen.
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van continuous improvement projecten volgens Lean- en Operational Excellence-principes.
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van KPI's en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Coachen, ontwikkelen en motiveren van leidinggevenden en medewerkers binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van alle veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.
  • Beheren van budgetten, investeringen en capaciteitsplanning.
  • Fungeren als belangrijke sparringpartner voor het management en bijdragen aan de verdere strategische ontwikkeling van de organisatie.

Plant Manager - regio Antwerpen - Manufacturing

  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen een technische richting.
  • Minimaal 8 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, waarvan meerdere jaren in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Sterke kennis van manufacturingprocessen, operational excellence en continuous improvement.
  • Sterke people manager die medewerkers inspireert, coacht en ontwikkelt.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om data om te zetten in concrete acties en resultaten.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in veranderingstrajecten.
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Hands-on ingesteld, besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht.
