Beschik je over een sterk analytisch vermogen, de nodige drive en de ambitie om op termijn uit te groeien tot de sleutelfiguur van een complete productielocatie? Krijg je energie van zowel het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen als het inspireren van teams op de werkvloer? Voor een vooraanstaande speler in de ruime regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een ambitieuze, doortastende Plant Manager (Young Potential).

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Analyseer machinestilstanden en processtoringen om rendement en efficiëntie (OEE) duurzaam te verhogen. Implementeer Lean-principes (5S, Kaizen, WCM) en vertaal KPI-data naar gerichte verbeteracties.
  • Begeleid, coacht en ondersteun de leidinggevenden op de vloer (ploegchefs en afdelingshoofden). Je stimuleert eigenaarschap, heldere communicatie en talentontwikkeling binnen een team van meer dan 70 medewerkers.
  • Waarborg een vlekkeloze afstemming tussen de productieplanning, kwaliteitsborging en voorraadstromen om levertermijnen en output te maximaliseren.
  • Veranker een proactieve veiligheidscultuur (HSE) en neem samen met de Kwaliteitsafdeling het voortouw bij diepgaande root-cause analyses.
  • Bewaak de budgettaire kaders en productiekosten. Je formuleert tactische jaar- en kwartaaldoelen en rapporteert de resultaten rechtstreeks aan de Plant Director.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Masterdiploma (Industrieel Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig) gecombineerd met 3 tot 8 jaar relevante leidinggevende ervaring binnen een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Probleemoplosser met een sterk cijfermatig inzicht. Je pakt oorzaken aan in plaats van symptomen en weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering door een benaderbare en heldere stijl.
  • Vlotte professionele vaardigheid in het Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands is een duidelijke troef.
