Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en teams om plannen technisch en financieel goed onderbouwd te krijgen. Wat ga je doen? - Bepalen van realistische kostprijzen en opstellen van begrotingen. - Bedenken van bezuinigingsvoorstellen en alternatieven. - Opstellen van meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MJOP). - Verzorgen van werkvoorbereiding en coördinatie van inkoop. - Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase fungeren als rechterhand van de projectleider en ondersteunen waar nodig. Wie je bent (of wil worden) Je bent iemand die graag de regie neemt over de voorbereiding van bouwprojecten en daarbij nauw samenwerkt met collega's en projectleiders. Je werkt gestructureerd en bent kostenbewust, met aandacht voor een soepele uitvoeringsfase. Daarbij vind je het belangrijk om technische details goed te doorgronden en oplossingen te bedenken die zowel praktisch als efficiënt zijn. Je streeft ernaar om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in planvoorbereiding, en het voorbereiden van renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten geeft je energie omdat je met jouw inzet direct bijdraagt aan het succes van het project én tevreden opdrachtgevers.
