Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledig uitwerken van plannen vanaf het eerste klantcontact tot aan het sluiten van contracten en het aanvragen van bouwvergunningen. Daarnaast bewaak je de voortgang en de planning, werk je nauw samen met architecten, adviseurs en ons interne team, en zorg je voor een optimale samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen. Met jouw commerciële inzicht speel je een cruciale rol in het benutten van kansen en het succesvol begeleiden van projecten. Dit is jouw kans om bij te dragen aan duurzame, betekenisvolle oplossingen die echt impact maken. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een gedreven professional met een scherp oog voor detail en een passie voor projectmanagement. Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, verwachten wij het volgende: - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting bouwkunde, vastgoed of architectuur. - Tussen de 0-3 jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen bouwprojecten of vastgoedontwikkeling. - Uitstekende analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden om complexe vraagstukken te structureren. - Een sterk commercieel inzicht voor het identificeren van kansen en risico's binnen projecten. - Ervaring met relevante software zoals AutoCAD, BIM of projectmanagementtools is een pre.
