Jij bent de regisseur van het voortraject: je beoordeelt ontwerpen, vertaalt uitgangspunten naar uitvoerbare plannen en brengt alle disciplines samen tot één integraal, haalbaar en onderscheidend projectvoorstel. Je neemt deel aan bouwteamprojecten en zit aan tafel met opdrachtgevers, architecten, adviseurs en installatiepartners. Je bent een proactieve gesprekspartner die initiatief neemt, kansen signaleert en keuzes onderbouwt. Je werkt nauw samen met collega‑planvoorbereiders, calculators en BIM‑specialisten en zorgt dat alle technische, financiële en organisatorische aspecten samenkomen in een solide plan. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Coördinatie van bouwteamprojecten; - Technische beoordeling van ontwerpen; - Vertaling van ontwerp naar uitvoerbaar plan; - Bewaken van planning, risico's, kwaliteit en budget; - Afstemming met opdrachtgevers en projectpartners; - Tendertrajecten en plannen van aanpak; - Signaleren van kansen en optimalisaties; - Advies over duurzame en innovatieve bouwoplossingen; - Contractvorming en juridische onderbouwing. In deze functie beweeg je continu tussen techniek, organisatie en samenwerking. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid en bent vanaf het eerste moment betrokken bij uitdagende utiliteitsbouwprojecten.
