Als planvoorbereider breng je de bouwprojecten van concept tot contract en vergunning en geef je een vliegende start in het voortraject. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van één of meer kleine tot grote nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten in Noord-Nederland van initiatieffase tot de uitvoeringsfase. Je werkzaamheden: - Het maken van het technisch ontwerp; - Het vaststellen van de prijsvorming; - Het bepalen van de bouwmethodieken; - Het selecteren van onderaannemers. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Als planvoorbereider is het van belang dat je beschikt over goede organisatorische vaardigheden. Je werkt procesmatig en klantgericht en kan goed communiceren met stakeholders. Daarnaast werk je doelgericht. Andere eisen: - HBO Bouwkunde denk- en werkniveau; - Ervaring in calculatie, planvoorbereiding of werkvoorbereiding van woningbouwprojecten; - Affiniteit met ICT en moderne communicatiemiddelen zoals MS-office, Autocad en Navision; - Ervaring met Ibis-trad, Revit en/of Solibri is een pré.
