Bij KBK Bouw realiseren we toonaangevende bouwprojecten met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking. Van grondgebonden woningen en hoogbouw tot zorgcomplexen en ons concept MATCH. Dat vraagt om een Planvoorbereider die technisch scherp is, vooruitdenkt en de verbinding legt tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Voor ons projectteam op de afdeling Bouw in Volendam zoeken we een Planvoorbereider die het eigenaarschap pakt over de technische procesbewaking van projecten vanaf de voorlopig ontwerp-fase tot en met de formele overdracht aan het uitvoeringsteam. Jouw rol Als Planvoorbereider fungeer je als de technische spil tussen werkvoorbereiding en projectmanagement. Je toetst tekeningen, BIM-modellen en installatieontwerpen op maakbaarheid, volledigheid en contractuele afspraken. Je bewaakt het budget, signaleert risico's tijdig en adviseert, gevraagd én ongevraagd, de projectmanager over ontwerpkeuzes en optimalisaties. Wat ga je doen - Begeleiden van projecten vanuit technische procesbenadering, van voorlopig ontwerp-fase tot en met de overdracht aan het projectteam - Fungeren als technische spil tussen werkvoorbereiding en projectmanagement. Het ophalen en terugkoppelen van informatie - Beoordelen en controleren van 2D KAO- en werktekeningen en BIM-prestatiemodellen op compleetheid, maakbaarheid en regelgeving - Project-specifiek opstellen van het BIM-protocol, BIM-uitvoeringsplan en Basis ILS-O&E, inclusief coördinatie en bewaking - Uitvoeren van clashcontroles en model checking met tools zoals Revit en Solibri - Beoordelen van installatieontwerp in relatie tot bouwkundige voorzieningen (schachten, ruimtereserveringen, vloerplaatindelingen) - Financieel bewaken van nadere uitw...
