Als Planvoorbereider Bouwkundig ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden van renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten vanaf de eerste aanvraag tot aan de opdrachtverstrekking. Je werkt nauw samen met woningbouwcorporaties en stelt scenario's op die bestaand vastgoed optimaal onderhouden en renoveren. Hierbij adviseer je over constructieve keuzes, materiaalgebruik en houd je rekening met omgevingsfactoren. Je waarborgt de financiële haalbaarheid van oplossingen en werkt nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, co-makers, leveranciers en interne collega's zoals inspecteurs, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau met een bouwkundige achtergrond; - Cijfermatig en analytisch sterk onderlegd; - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden; - Sterke onderhandelings- en rapportagevaardigheden; - Ervaring met vernieuwende samenwerkingsvormen en in staat collega's hierin mee te nemen; - Teamspeler met overtuigingskracht.
