Werkzaamheden: - Het adviseren in contructiekeuzes, materiaalgebruik rekeninghoudend met omgevingsfactoren; - Het toepassen van nieuwe inzichten, concepten en processen; - Het bedenken van financieel haalbare oplossingen; - Het onderhouden van contact met de opdrachtgever, co-makers, leveranciers, externe adviseurs en collega's; - Het verwerken van de aangeleverde en opgehaalde vastgoeddata. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een afgeronde bouwkundige MBO of HBO opleiding; - Cijfermatig en analytisch onderlegd; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Goede rapportage en onderhandeling skills; - Je bent een teamspeler en je kan hierin anderen meenemen en overtuigen.
