Als Planvoorbereider zorg jij dat klantwensen werkelijkheid worden. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, commercie en organisatie en vertaalt complexe ontwerpen naar uitvoerbare bouwplannen. Van het eerste klantcontact tot overdracht naar uitvoering, jij bewaakt dat plannen technisch haalbaar, financieel verantwoord en duurzaam zijn. Dankzij jouw overzicht en regievaardigheden verlopen projecten voorspelbaar en efficiënt, met tevreden klanten als resultaat. Jouw werkzaamheden - Vertalen van klantwensen en ontwerpen naar concrete, uitvoerbare bouwplannen - Opstellen en coördineren van projectplannen binnen budget, kwaliteitseisen en duurzaamheidsdoelen - Uitvoeren van haalbaarheidsstudies en beoordelen van ontwerpen op technische uitvoerbaarheid - Afstemmen en coördineren van alle betrokken partijen: architecten, constructeurs, adviseurs en installateurs - Signaleren van knelpunten en zorgen voor samenhang tussen ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering - Beheren van projectdossiers zodat uitvoering altijd kan starten met volledig en actueel materiaal - Bijdragen aan kennisdeling, procesverbetering en innovatie binnen het team Wie je bent (of wil worden): - HBO-diploma Bouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische richting - 3-5 jaar ervaring als Planvoorbereider, bij voorkeur in utiliteitsbouw - Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (zoals UAV(-GC), Bbl en WKB) - VCA-VOL in bezit of bereid deze te behalen - Digitaal vaardig en ervaren met Microsoft 365 en planningssoftware - Combinatie van technisch inzicht, organisatorische kracht en communicatieve vaardigheden - Oog voor kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en klantgerichtheid - Een echte verbinder die overzicht houdt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt Functieoverzicht .
