Je vertaalt inspecties en klantwensen naar haalbare plannen, bewaakt de kwaliteit en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, engineers en partners. - Uitwerken van onderhouds-, renovatie- en verduurzamingsscenario's. - Beoordelen van technische informatie, materialen, kosten en haalbaarheid. - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, bewoners, leveranciers en projectteams. - Bijdragen aan aanbestedingen, tenders en een overtuigende projectpresentatie. - Bewaken van planning, voortgang, nauwkeurigheid en resultaat. Je neemt initiatief wanneer verbetering mogelijk is, organiseert je werkzaamheden zorgvuldig en zoekt samen met anderen naar praktische oplossingen. Zo lever je zichtbaar bij aan duurzame woningen, tevreden opdrachtgevers en een afdeling die blijft groeien. Functie-eisen Je hebt ervaring met werkvoorbereiding binnen renovatie, vastgoedonderhoud of verduurzaming en weet technische informatie helder te vertalen naar uitvoerbare plannen. Je werkt klantgericht, houdt rekening met verschillende belangen en blijft ook bij meerdere projecten zorgvuldig en resultaatgericht. - Hbo-diploma in een bouwkundige richting. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in werk- of planvoorbereiding. - Ervaring met renovatie, groot onderhoud en bij voorkeur RGS-projecten. - Ervaring met aanbestedingen, tenders en eventueel acquisitie. - Kennis van Revit en het vermogen om duidelijk samen te werken en adviseren.
