Dan is de rol van Planvoorbereider voor jou op het lijf geschreven! Jouw Consoliday Als Planvoorbereider bij Consolidated in Ridderkerk ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het voortraject van onze projecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat offertes inhoudelijk kloppen en technisch goed zijn onderbouwd. Je verzamelt en analyseert alle benodigde informatie over de bestaande daksituatie, zodat de calculatieafdeling hiermee direct aan de slag kan. Denk hierbij o.a. het dak op om daken in te meten, het uitwerken van gegevens en opvragen informatie bij leveranciers. Samen met de Accountmanager, Calculator en Projectleider kom je tot slimme, efficiënte en duurzame oplossingen die leiden tot een sterk advies én een winnende offerte! Wat ga je doen? Als Planvoorbereider bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit: - Het uitvoeren en uitwerken van dakopnames; - Het opvragen en vergelijken van projectprijzen bij co-makers; - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Het meedenken over adviezen richting de opdrachtgever. - Voor de uitvoering zorg je met de commercie voor een efficiënte overdracht richting uitvoering - Je wordt betrokken bij het calculeren van kostprijzen en het uitwerken van deze calculaties in kostprijsberekeningen die de basis vormen voor aanbiedingen richting onze klanten. Jouw talent - Je hebt een opleiding op MBO- of HBO-niveau, met technisch inzicht en interesse in de bouwbranche; - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent oplossingsgericht; - Je communiceert gemakkelijk op verschillende niveaus, zowel intern als extern; - Je bent proactief, klantgericht en je weet van aanpakken en doorzetten.
