Dan komen we graag vandaag nog met je in contact! Functieomschrijving Als Planvormer Renovatie & Vastgoedonderhoud werk je aan het onderhouden en verduurzamen van de buitenschil van sociale huurwoningen. Samen met planvormers en inspecteurs ontwikkel je slimme en haalbare onderhoudsscenario's voor verschillende woningcomplexen. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten grondig worden geïnspecteerd, beoordeelt de huidige onderhoudsstaat en vertaalt de resultaten naar verschillende RGS-scenario's. Deze werk je uit in een heldere begroting en een meerjarig onderhoudsplan voor de opdrachtgever. Hoe ziet jouw week eruit? Zodra er een aanvraag voor een complex binnenkomt, komt het proces bij jou in beweging. Je stuurt inspecteurs aan en zorgt ervoor dat de benodigde inspecties worden uitgevoerd. Waar nodig schakel je ketenpartners en onderaannemers in om specialistische werkzaamheden te beoordelen en te begroten. Met de verzamelde inspectiegegevens ga je vervolgens aan de slag. Je stelt de begroting op, werkt verschillende scenario's uit en vertaalt deze naar een meerjarig onderhoudsplan. Vervolgens presenteer en bespreek je jouw advies met de opdrachtgever. Is er akkoord? Dan draag je het plan over aan de projectleider en het uitvoeringsteam. Zij gaan aan de slag met het plan dat jij hebt ontwikkeld. Jouw betrokkenheid stopt daar niet: gedurende de uitvoering blijf je aangehaakt en werk je samen met het team toe naar een succesvolle oplevering. Dit hoort natuurlijk ook bij jouw rol: - Je controleert en beoordeelt zelf de actuele onderhoudsstaat van projecten tijdens de inspectieperiode. - Je hebt structureel overleg met het uitvoeringsteam over de voortgang, bijzonderheden, knelpunten en verb...
