Jouw rol Als Planvormer/Calculator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van de technische staat van vastgoed naar een helder en uitvoerbaar onderhoudsscenario. Jij zorgt ervoor dat plannen niet alleen technisch kloppen, maar ook financieel en strategisch goed onderbouwd zijn. Je combineert techniek, analyse en kosteninzicht om opdrachtgevers duidelijke keuzes te bieden voor de lange termijn. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstellen van onderhoudsscenario's op basis van technische vastgoedinformatie - Uitwerken van meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MJOP) - Maken van calculaties en kostencalculaties voor projecten - Werken met RGS-methodiek en conditiemetingen (zoals NEN 2767) - Vertalen van klantwensen naar concrete onderhoudsstrategieën - Samenwerken met projectteams, opdrachtgevers en uitvoering - Bewaken van kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en kostenstructuur Wie je bent (of wil worden): Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een bouwkundige of technische achtergrond - Je denkt in oplossingen en lange termijn scenario's - Je bent analytisch en werkt gestructureerd - Je hebt interesse in vastgoed, onderhoud en verduurzaming - Je kunt goed communiceren met verschillende stakeholders - Je bent zelfstandig maar werkt graag samen in teamverband Wat breng je mee? - Ervaring in vastgoedonderhoud, bouw of planvorming (bij voorkeur 3-5 jaar) - Kennis van RGS en/of MJOP-processen - Ervaring met of kennis van NEN 2767 is een pré - Analytisch sterk en nauwkeurig in je werk - In staat om technische informatie te vertalen naar heldere plannen - Je schakelt makkelijk tussen zelfstandig werken en samenwerken - Ervaring met calculatiesoftware is een plus Functieoverzicht .
