The posting

Bij een droge bulkterminal op de Maasvlakte werk je aan de besturing en automatisering van industriële installaties. Als PLC Automation Engineer zorg je dat PLC- en PC-gebaseerde systemen veilig en betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Je analyseert software, verbetert regelbare aandrijvingen en bewaakt het OT-netwerk. Daarbij werk je met onder meer Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WinCC en Siemens-drives. Je combineert onderhoud aan bestaande systemen met bijdragen aan vernieuwings- en renovatieprojecten. Je maakt deel uit van een specialistisch team onder leiding van de Teamleider Elektrotechnische Dienst. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met monteurs, engineers en productiemedewerkers, test je besturingen en ondersteun je inbedrijfstellingen. Via opleidingen en ervaren collega's verdiep je je technische kennis. Eens per vier weken draai je een week call-outdienst voor tweedelijnsstoringen, meestal op afstand en soms op locatie. Functie-inhoud - PLC- en PC-gebaseerde automatiseringssoftware analyseren, aanpassen en verbeteren - Regelbare aandrijvingen onderhouden en optimaliseren - Het OT-netwerk bewaken, onderhouden en verbeteren - Inbedrijfstellingen ondersteunen en software en besturingen toetsen met FAT en SAT - Technische documentatie opstellen en actualiseren - Bijdragen aan vernieuwings- en renovatieprojecten voor de terminalautomatisering - Tweedelijnsstoringen oplossen tijdens call-outdiensten: één week per vier weken Functie-eisen - Je hebt een hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica afgerond - Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring met PLC-programmering en het inbedrijfstellen van machines - Je kent Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WinCC, Sinamics en Masterdrive - Je kent industriële netwerken en PC-automatisering; kennis van S5, ABB Master en ABB ACS-800/880 is een pré - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed; Duits is een pré - Je werkt gestructureerd, schakelt soepel met technische en operationele collega's en handelt proactief binnen het werkvergunningensysteem..
