Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, programmeren, testen en implementeren van state-of-the-art PLC-besturingssystemen voor onze machines en productielijnen. Door nauw samen te werken met andere ingenieurs en technici, ontwikkel je op maat gemaakte oplossingen die specifiek voldoen aan de vereisten van onze klanten. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige projectproces, van conceptfase tot inbedrijfstelling, en zorgt ervoor dat onze machines optimaal presteren en voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC-besturingssystemen voor industriële machines en productielijnen. - Analyseren en interpreteren van technische specificaties en klantvereisten. - Testen en debuggen van PLC-programma's om optimale prestaties en betrouwbaarheid te waarborgen. - Uitvoeren van inbedrijfstellingen op locatie bij klanten en technische ondersteuning bieden indien nodig. - Samenwerken met andere teams, zoals mechanisch ontwerp, elektrische engineering en automatisering, om geïntegreerde oplossingen te ontwikkelen. - Documenteren van technische specificaties, ontwerpen en wijzigingen volgens de vereiste normen. - Blijven leren over de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en technologieën op het gebied van PLC-besturingssystemen en automatisering. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering, werktuigbouwkunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het programmeren van PLC's, bij voorkeur met Siemens (Step 7, TIA Portal) of Allen-Bradley (RSLogix). - Je hebt kennis van industriële communicatieprotocollen zoals Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, enz. - Ervaring met HMI/SCADA-systemen is een pluspunt. - Je beschikt over goede analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden....
