Ben jij een PLC Programmeur met een sterke technische achtergrond en ervaring met automatisatie? Wil je werken aan de optimalisatie van moderne productieprocessen en meebouwen aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productieomgeving? Dan is deze functie als PLC Programmeur misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Als PLC Programmeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en onderhouden van de elektronische hardware en softwareprocessen binnen het machinepark. Je werkt mee aan het verhogen van de efficiëntie, het beperken van storingen en het verbeteren van de productiekwaliteit.

Jouw takenpakket als PLC Programmeur bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Bewaken en analyseren van productieprocessen en technische storingen.
  • Controleren van elektronische componenten binnen de productieprocessen.
  • Analyseren van proces- en softwaregegevens bij problemen of storingen.
  • Meewerken binnen technische projectteams.
  • Uitvoeren van vernieuwings- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen het machinepark.
  • Installeren en testen van PLC-software en opvolgen van de resultaten.
  • Programmeren van PLC's en zorgen voor een optimale communicatie tussen verschillende elektronische componenten.
  • Beheren en onderhouden van het overkoepelende dashboard.
  • Beheren van PLC-software en uitvoeren van regelmatige back-ups.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van technische documentatie en operationele procedures.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte traceerbaarheid van wijzigingen en processen.
  • Meedenken over de aankoop van elektronische onderdelen en mee opstellen van installatieroadmaps.
  • Delen van jouw technische kennis met collega's binnen productie en hen ondersteunen bij technische uitvoeringsprocessen.
  • Bewaken van de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke kandidaat die:

  • Beschikt over een bachelordiploma Elektronica, Elektromechanica of Automatisatie, of gelijkwaardig is door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring heeft binnen procesanalyse, automatisatie en/of PLC-programmering.
  • Een grondige kennis heeft van PLC-software.
  • Ervaring heeft met Siemens TIA Portal, S7 en Lenze Drives. Kennis van BNR is een pluspunt.
  • Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend is ingesteld.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en initiatief neemt.
  • Praktisch en pragmatisch ingesteld is.
  • Een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn heeft.
  • Goed kan samenwerken met collega's, projectteams en andere stakeholders.
  • Inzicht heeft in projectmanagement.
  • Zeer goed Nederlands en Engels spreekt en schrijft.
  • Kennis van het Duits heeft? Dat is mooi meegenomen!
