The posting

Bij een organisatie in de installatietechniek in De Lier ontwerp, programmeer en realiseer je besturingsoplossingen voor klantprojecten. Je combineert elektrotechnisch inzicht met softwareontwikkeling: van functionele eisen en elektrische schema’s tot werkende PLC- en HMI-applicaties. Daarbij werk je met TwinCAT en TIA Portal en programmeer je in Structured Text en Ladder. Je zorgt dat softwarearchitectuur, bedrading en bediening op elkaar aansluiten, zodat paneelbouwers en monteurs met jouw ontwerp verder kunnen. Je werkt in een automationteam van vier tot acht engineers en stemt af met mechanical engineering, externe paneelbouwers en montageploegen. Je test en debugt zowel intern als bij de klant; ongeveer twintig procent van je tijd besteed je aan inbedrijfstellingen op locatie. Met Git houd je softwarewijzigingen beheersbaar. Door integratietesten, storingsanalyse en samenwerking met andere disciplines verdiep je je kennis van de samenhang tussen software, elektrotechniek en machinegedrag. Functie-inhoud - Vertaal functionele eisen naar elektrische schema’s en een overzichtelijke softwarearchitectuur. - Ontwikkel PLC- en HMI-software in TwinCAT en TIA Portal met Structured Text en Ladder. - Test en debug applicaties intern en voer integratietesten uit. - Stel besturingen in bedrijf op klantlocaties, ongeveer twintig procent van je werktijd. - Analyseer en verhelp softwarestoringen, configuratieproblemen en fouten in het veld. - Maak en onderhoud projectdocumentatie, bedradingsschema’s en gebruikersinstructies. - Beheer softwareversies met Git en stem technische keuzes af met engineers, paneelbouwers en monteurs. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische opleidingsachtergrond in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica. - Je kunt functionele eisen vertalen naar PLC-software en elektrotechnische ontwerpen. - Je hebt ervaring met TwinCAT en TIA Portal en programmeert in Structured Text en Ladder. - Je bent vertrouwd met HMI-ontwikkeling, software.
