The posting

Bij een technische organisatie in Eygelshoven werk je aan de automatisering en besturing van machines. Je programmeert PLC-systemen, maakt besturingsfouten inzichtelijk via visualisaties en voert softwarewijzigingen door om machines beter te laten functioneren. Daarbij gaat je werk verder dan het aanpassen van bestaande programma’s: je brengt ook ervaring mee met het programmeren van nieuwe machines. Siemens S7 en WinCC vormen de technische basis voor deze rol, waarin je softwarelogica verbindt met inzicht in de werking van de machine. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je storingen, controleer je het gedrag van de besturing en stem je wijzigingen af met je collega’s. Je werkt zorgvuldig, houdt overzicht onder druk en kunt technische keuzes toelichten in het Engels en Duits. Klantbezoeken in het buitenland horen bij je inzetbaarheid. Vakinhoudelijk kun je voortbouwen op je PLC-kennis en je verder verdiepen in visualisatie, besturingsoptimalisatie en de samenhang tussen software, elektrotechniek en mechanica. Functie-inhoud - PLC-software programmeren voor nieuwe machines en bestaande besturingssystemen - Besturingsfouten zichtbaar maken met visualisaties in WinCC - Programmawijzigingen implementeren om machinebesturingen te verbeteren - Besturingsproblemen analyseren en softwarewijzigingen op hun werking controleren - Technische oplossingen en wijzigingen afstemmen met collega’s - Naar klanten in het buitenland reizen voor werkzaamheden aan machinebesturingen Functie-eisen - Technische bacheloropleiding of een gelijkwaardig niveau door opleiding en ervaring - Ervaring met Siemens S7, WinCC en het programmeren van nieuwe machines - Ervaring met Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, AutoCAD Electrical of Eplan is een plus - Kennis van mechanische precisiebewerking en een analytische, technische blik - Goede beheersing van Engels en Duits, stressbestendigheid en een samenwerkingsgerichte houding - Een rijbewijs en bereidheid om naar buitenlandse klanten te reizen Aanb.
