Want jij draagt vanuit IJmuiden bij aan de automatisering en verbetering van onze gasreininging van de Kooks- en gasfabriek 2. Op ons 1.500 voetbalvelden grote bedrijfsterrein vind je de indrukwekkendste installaties en machines. Binnen het maintenance team van de Kooks- en gasfabriek 2 werk je met Allen Bradley PLC's. Doormiddel van programmawijzigingen los jij storingen op die hebben plaatsgevonden aan de productiekant. Jij zorgt voor optimale processen en sta je dagelijks midden in de praktijk. Als PLC programmeur bij Tata Steel... - Houd jij je bezig met automatiseringsprojecten. De nadruk van je werkzaamheden ligt op het verbeteren van bestaande of het schrijven van nieuwe PLC-programma's. - Combineer je denk- en veldwerk. Uitzoekwerk achter je bureau, maar je staat ook midden in de praktijk om je oplossingen te implementeren en te testen. - Los je complexe technische vraagstukken op. Van het oplossen van storingen tot meewerken aan grootschalige projecten. - Werk je samen met diverse disciplines. Je stemt af met collega's van productie, werkvoorbereiding en ingeschakelde specialisten. - Bewaak je de technische haalbaarheid. Je zorgt dat de wensen van productie realiseerbaar zijn en dat alles na uitvoering goed onderhoudbaar blijft.
