Deze West-Vlaamse KMO uit brede regio Roeselare is actief binnen industriële automatisering en telt een 20-tal medewerkers. Het team neemt de volledige elektrische en automatisatiekant van machines bij klanten uit de industrie voor zijn rekening. Denk aan bordenbouw, PLC-programmatie en opstarten bij de klant. De projecten situeren zich vooral in West-Vlaanderen, binnen sectoren zoals voeding, recyclage en machinebouw.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als automation engineer programmeer je Siemens-sturingen voor uiteenlopende industriële machines en installaties
  • Daarnaast werk je het grootste deel van de programmatie intern uit, waarna je de opstart bij de klant begeleidt, dit is dus hoofdzakelijk een bureaumatige functie met een gezonde afwisseling in the field!
  • Samen met collega-programmeurs stem je technische oplossingen af op de noden van de klant
  • Verder kom je in contact met projecten die variëren van enkele weken tot enkele maanden
  • Tot slot krijg je de kans om afwisseling te combineren met projecten bij vaste klanten wanneer dit goed aansluit bij jouw voorkeur
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond richting automatisering, elektromechanica of elektriciteit, waarbij relevante ervaring belangrijker is dan het diploma
  • Bovendien heb je meer dan 5 jaar ervaring als automatisatie ingenieur, intern in een productiebedrijf of binnen externe projecten
  • Kennis van Siemens, TIA Portal en Step 7 is noodzakelijk; Simatic Manager en Step 5 zijn mooie pluspunten
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands
