Als PLC Software Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, programmeren en testen van besturingssoftware voor complexe machines en installaties. Je werkt nauw samen met de mechanische en elektrische engineers om totaaloplossingen te realiseren die perfect aansluiten bij de klantwensen. Van het eerste ontwerp tot aan de inbedrijfstelling ben jij betrokken bij het volledige proces, waarbij je jouw technische kennis en creativiteit volledig kunt inzetten. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken aan uitdagende projecten, waarbij je steeds nieuwe technische vraagstukken oplost. Denk aan het programmeren van geavanceerde sorteersystemen, het ontwikkelen van besturingssoftware voor afvullijnen met hoge precisie-eisen, of het realiseren van geïntegreerde transportsystemen met complexe logica. Daarnaast heb je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een rol als Lead Software Engineer of Projectleider Automatisering, waarbij je de technische leiding krijgt over grotere projecten en junior collega's kunt begeleiden. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC-software voor maatwerk machines en installaties; - Ontwikkelen van HMI-schermen en operator interfaces voor optimale bediening; - Testen en debuggen van besturingssystemen in de werkplaats en bij klanten op locatie; - Samenwerken met collega's uit de mechanische en elektrische discipline; - Inbedrijfstellen van machines en installaties bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland; - Opstellen van technische documentatie en software handleidingen; - Ondersteunen van de servicedienst bij storingen en optimalisaties.
