Actief binnen de transport- en logistieke sector in Vlaanderen staat onze klant bekend om zijn sterke focus op innovatie, kwaliteit en duurzame mobiliteitsoplossingen. Met moderne technologieën en een uitgebreid dienstenaanbod ondersteunt hij transportbedrijven in het efficiënter en veiliger inzetten van hun wagenpark. Ter versterking van het team wordt gezocht naar gemotiveerde professionals die willen meebouwen aan de toekomst van professioneel wegtransport.

Als Technieker Automatisatie & Robotica werk je mee aan de introductie van een nieuw type truck binnen een moderne productieomgeving. De bestaande productielijnen worden hiervoor grondig aangepast, waarbij automatisatie, robotica en technische betrouwbaarheid centraal staan.

Binnen deze rol ligt de focus op het opsporen en oplossen van storingen, het ondersteunen van de lijnombouw en het verbeteren van bestaande installaties. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een stabiele productie en een succesvolle opstart van het nieuwe voertuigmodel.

Wat ga je doen?

Storingsanalyse en technisch onderhoud

Storingen oplossen. Je spoort technische problemen in robots, PLC-sturingen en geautomatiseerde installaties op en zorgt voor een snelle en doeltreffende oplossing.

Foutanalyse uitvoeren. Naast het verhelpen van acute storingen onderzoek je de onderliggende oorzaak. Via root cause analyses werk je mee aan oplossingen die herhaling voorkomen en de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties verhogen.

Productie ondersteunen. Tijdens de dagelijkse werking bewaak je de technische continuïteit van de lijnen. Je grijpt gericht in bij afwijkingen en helpt productiestilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.

Lijnombouw en technische verbetering

Ombouwwerkzaamheden ondersteunen. Je werkt mee aan de technische aanpassingen van bestaande productielijnen voor de productie van een nieuw type truck.

Installaties optimaliseren. Vanuit praktijkervaring en storingsgegevens denk je mee over structurele verbeteringen aan robots, automatisatiesystemen en productie-installaties.

Samenwerken met specialisten. De functie omvat intensieve samenwerking met collega-techniekers, engineers, productie en andere technische experts. Kennis wordt actief gedeeld om technische problemen efficiënt en duurzaam aan te pakken.

Werken in ploegverband. De technische ondersteuning gebeurt binnen een tweeploegenstelsel, zodat de productie tijdens beide shiften betrouwbaar kan blijven draaien.

Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt over een bachelor in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, automatisatie, elektronica of een vergelijkbare opleiding. Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een sterke technische basis komen in aanmerking.

Je hebt een basiskennis van industriële automatisatie, PLC-sturingen en robotica. Je begrijpt hoe geautomatiseerde installaties functioneren en haalt energie uit het analyseren en oplossen van technische fouten.

Je werkt hands-on, denkt logisch en blijft rustig wanneer een storing snel moet worden aangepakt. Je bent leergierig, werkt graag samen met technische collega's en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte oplossing. Werken in een tweeploegenstelsel vormt voor jou geen probleem.
