Wat doe je?

  • Van zodra er een match is tussen een jongere en een pleeggezin, werk je samen met hen, de ouders en andere betrokken hulpverleners om het verblijf zo optimaal mogelijk te laten verlopen.
  • Als procesbegeleider ga je in elke unieke situatie aan de slag met de uitdagingen die zich stellen. Thema’s als terugkeer naar huis, een bezoekregeling, omgaan met trauma-ervaringen, hechting, ontwikkelingspsychologie, … komen hierin vaak aan bod.
  • Je volgt elk pleegzorgverblijf regelmatig op. Je doet dit onder meer via huisbezoeken en rondetafelgesprekken, maar ook telefonisch en per mail.
  • Wanneer bepaalde problemen aanhouden of er specifieke problemen opduiken, ga je op zoek naar gepaste extra ondersteuning, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je stelt samen met alle betrokken partijen een handelingsplan met doelstellingen op en staat in voor een goeie en correcte administratie (o.a. het opmaken van een bezoekregeling, aanvragen doen bij de Jeugdrechtbank, bijhouden van het persoonlijke dossier, …).
  • Je bespreekt op een open en constructieve manier jouw dossiers in jouw team en gaat aan de slag met de feedback die je krijgt. Je ondersteunt en geeft ook advies aan collega’s vanuit jouw expertise.

  • gaat moeilijke gesprekken niet uit de weg en kan bemiddelen in conflictsituaties.
  • werkt flexibel en zelfstandig, maar vindt samenwerking in teamverband even belangrijk.
  • kan mentaliseren en inschatten wat een situatie nodig heeft om verder te kunnen.
  • bent bereid tot sporadisch avondwerk.

Jij hebt bij voorkeur ...

  • een bachelorsdiploma in een psychologische of menswetenschappelijke richting of gelijkwaardig door kennis en ervaring.
