Als ploegbaas bij POSSEHL werk jij samen met je team aan projecten op locatie bij de klanten om veilige toplagen aan te brengen van een fietspad tot een industriële vloer. Je werkt veilig en naar wens van de klanten. Zie je dingen die beter kunnen? Dan pak je dit meteen op in overleg met de uitvoerder. Jij gaat onder andere:

Leidinggeven en instrueren van ploegmedewerkers; Wensen van de klant in overleg met de uitvoerder vertalen naar oplossingen binnen het project én conform de opdracht; Tijdens het project contact houden met de klant over uitvoeringstechnische zaken en voortgang; Meewerken met de ploegmedewerkers aan de uitvoering van het project; Het mede in stand houden van het materieel en de opslag van de materialen; Het uitvoeren van de projecten conform werkvoorbereiding en kwaliteitssysteem; Het werken volgens de van toepassing zijnde keuringsplannen en of projectgebonden kwaliteitsplannen; Meer- en minderwerk en afwijkingen melden bij de uitvoerder; Het verzorgen van de vereiste rapportages en registraties; Coördineren registraties in geval van meerdere ploegen op de projecten.

Jij bent (of wordt) expert in toplagen van wegen, vliegvelden, pleinen en industriële vloeren. Van een landingsbaan tot een provinciale weg en van een fabriek tot een fietspad, jij zorgt er samen met je ploeg voor dat het er top uitziet. Jullie werken op locatie bij de klanten; je werkplek kan dus elke week in een andere omgeving zijn!
