Jobomschrijving

Als ploegbaas ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en uitvoering van plaatsingswerken op diverse werven.Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:Het coördineren en begeleiden van een team van 2 à 3 plaatsersHet zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte plaatsing van aluminium ramen, deuren en gevelconstructiesHet aansturen van werkzaamheden op de werf en het bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en veiligheidHet oplossingsgericht samenwerken met projectleiders, werfleiders, onderaannemers en klantenHet organiseren van het volledige plaatsingsproces, van transport tot afwerking en opleveringHet opvolgen van waterdichting, glasplaatsing en andere technische uitvoeringenHet fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen op de werfHet actief meewerken op de werf wanneer nodig

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat met technisch inzicht, leiderschapskwaliteiten en een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin.Je profiel:Je hebt ervaring in buitenschrijnwerk, gevelbouw of een vergelijkbare technische bouwomgevingJe werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheidJe beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten of hebt de ambitie om door te groeien naar een functie als ploegbaasJe kan een team motiveren, begeleiden en aansturenJe denkt oplossingsgericht en kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen op de werfJe communiceert vlot met collega's, klanten en onderaannemersJe bent flexibel en bereid om op verschillende werven te werkenJe beschikt over een rijbewijs C of bent bereid dit via de werkgever te behalenJe hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent niet bang om zelf mee te werken op de werf
