Heb jij het technisch inzicht om complexe constructies te leiden en de drive om een team van vakmensen naar het hoogste niveau te tillen?

Als Ploegbaas Montage (ook wel Werfleider of Teamleader Montage) ben jij het kloppende hart op de verplaatsing. In deze rol combineer je technische expertise met leiderschap. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve werkomgeving in de regio Poperinge, waar een familiale sfeer heerst en waardering voor vakmanschap centraal staat. Samen met jouw team van gedreven monteurs en lassers zorg je ervoor dat elk project van A tot Z tot in de puntjes wordt opgeleverd.

Om deze rol als Leidinggevend Monteur succesvol in te vullen, kijken we uit naar het volgende profiel:

  • Opleiding en ervaring: Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en hebt een stevige achtergrond in metaalconstructie, montage of als lasser-monteur.
  • Technisch inzicht: Je kunt vlot technische plannen lezen en interpreteren om draag- en veiligheidsstructuren perfect te installeren.
  • Leidinggevende skills: Je bent een natuurlijke brigadier die een team kan motiveren, aansturen en coachen op de werf.
  • Communicatie: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel je team als de klant op locatie.
  • Flexibiliteit: Werken op verplaatsing schrikt je niet af en je bent een echte probleemoplosser als de situatie daar op de bouwplaats om vraagt.

Als Voorman Montage draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid over diverse uitdagende projecten:

  • Aansturing & Coaching: Je ondersteunt en begeleidt je team van monteurs en lassers bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Projectbeheer: Je leidt de volledige opstart, operationele opvolging en de kwalitatieve afsluit van projecten (zoals trappen, leuningen en bordessen).
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je ziet erop toe dat alle constructies volgens de veiligheidsnormen en kwaliteitsvereisten worden geplaatst.
  • Planning: Je bewaakt de deadlines en zorgt voor een efficiënte flow op de werkvloer/werf.
  • Veiligheid: Je bent de ambassadeur van een veilige werkomgeving voor jezelf en je collega's.
