Jobomschrijving

Voor de vacature van ploegbaas leidingwerken ben jij de drijvende kracht achter en vlot, kwalitatief en veilig verloop van de projecten.

Je combineert hands-on inzet met leiderschap en bewaakt de uitvoering van leidingwerken van A tot Z.

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van 2-3 collega-monteurs op de werf
  • Zelf meewerken aan projecten en actief de handen uit de mouwen steken
  • Uitvoeren van de werfplanning en instructies opgesteld door de projectleider
  • Rapporteren over vooruitgang, uitgevoerde werken en gepresteerde uren
  • Instaan voor een veilige werkmethode en correct gebruik van gereedschappen, PBM's en materiaal
  • Coördineren en bijwonen van kick-off meetings bij nieuwe projecten
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van nieuwe collega's op de werf
  • Communiceren met klanten op de werf en bijdragen aan een professionele projectopvolging

Technische competenties:

  • Ervaring met leidingwerken is een groot pluspunt
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en vermogen om plannen en instructies te interpreteren
  • Vlot kunnen inschatten van risico's, problemen of werfomstandigheden
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig VCA-Attest, VCA VOL is een groot pluspunt

Leiderschapscompetenties:

  • Constructief communiceren en duidelijke instructies geven
  • Ervaring als teamleader/ploegbaas
  • Aantsuren en bijsturen van collega's
