Ben jij een gepassioneerde technieker met leiderschapskwaliteiten en heb je oog voor kwaliteit? Voor een groeiende speler in elektrotechniek in de regio Kempen, gespecialiseerd in industriële elektriciteit, zoeken wij een Ploegbaas Industriële Elektriciteit.

??? Jouw dag als Ploegbaas Industriële Elektriciteit

  • Team aansturen: Je coördineert, motiveert en begeleidt je collega-techniekers op een positieve manier op de werf.
  • Planning & Overleg: Je stelt de dagelijkse werkplanning op in nauw overleg met de projectleider.
  • Installatie & Montage: Je steekt zelf actief de handen uit de mouwen bij het plaatsen en aansluiten van verdeelborden, verlichting, kabelgoten en noodstroominstallaties.
  • Kwaliteits- & Veiligheidscontrole: Je controleert de geleverde werken op een correcte en veilige werking en ziet toe op de kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Klantgerichtheid: Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorgt voor tevreden klanten door oplevering volgens de regels van de kunst.

  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van en relevante werkervaring binnen de industriële elektriciteit.
  • Je stuurt graag een ploeg aan en weet collega's op een enthousiaste manier te motiveren.
  • Je hebt een grote passie voor techniek en bent sterk in het lezen en begrijpen van elektrische schema's.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent oplossingsgericht en levert graag kwaliteitsvol werk af.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
