In deze rol ben jij de centrale kracht achter de dagelijkse operaties en bouw je aan een sterke teamdynamiek. Je werkt in een drieploegenstelsel en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team zijn volledige potentieel kan benutten.

  • Heb je ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de metaalindustrie?
  • Ben je bereid om in een drieploegenstelsel te werken?
  • Heb je sterke communicatieve en leiderschapskwaliteiten?

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Regelmatig afstemmen met andere ploegbazen om de efficiëntie van productieprocessen te verbeteren.
  • Toezicht houden op de werkzaamheden en actief bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor administratieve taken, zoals het interpreteren van bestelbonnen.
  • Bijdragen aan een positieve werksfeer door coaching en ondersteuning van teamleden.
  • Ploegleden effectief verdelen over werkposten en fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team.
