Voor onze wegenbouwprojecten in en rond Neder-Over-Heembeek kijken we uit naar een Ploegbaas Asfalt die de drijvende kracht is op de werf. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel je team als de projectleiding en zorgt ervoor dat elk project met de hoogste precisie wordt opgeleverd. Met jouw organisatorisch talent bewaar je de rust in een hectische omgeving en weet je jouw collega's elke dag opnieuw te motiveren om kwaliteit te leveren. Veiligheid en efficiëntie staan bij jou op één, maar je bent ook een echte teamplayer die graag mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

  • In deze rol neem je de volledige regie over de asfaltstroom op de werf, waarbij je het verbruik nauwgezet monitort en bestellingen proactief afstemt om de continuïteit te waarborgen.
  • Je combineert dit logistieke overzicht met technisch vakmanschap door zelf in te staan voor de fijne afwerking van putdeksels, voegen en eilanden, evenals het uitvoeren van dringende kleine herstellingen.
  • Jouw scherpe blik is cruciaal voor het tijdig herkennen en melden van defecten aan zowel het wegdek als de machines, zodat de kwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft.
  • In nauw overleg met je team realiseer je een vlekkeloze projectgang, waarbij veilig werken volgens de bedrijfsregels voor jou de absolute standaard is.
  • Wij zoeken hiervoor een ervaren vakman met een stevige achtergrond in de wegenbouw die beschikt over een rijbewijs B voor vlotte verplaatsingen rond Neder-Over-Heembeek.
  • Omdat veiligheid en heldere instructies essentieel zijn op de werf, beheers je de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en stel je je flexibel op wat betreft werktijden.
  • Wij bieden je een stabiele werkplek waar jouw expertise als ploegbaas wordt gewaardeerd en waar je direct bijdraagt aan de veiligheid en kwaliteit van onze wegen.
