Als ploegbaas wegenbouw ben jij de centrale spil op onze werven in de ruime regio rond Zolder. Je bewaart het overzicht over complexe asfaltprojecten en stuurt je team aan met een gezonde dosis motivatie en vakkennis. In deze sleutelpositie combineer je technisch precisiewerk met een scherpe blik op de planning, waarbij je de vrijheid krijgt om jouw stempel te drukken op de infrastructuur van morgen.

  • Je bent een ervaren wegenbouwer met een sterke affiniteit voor asfaltwerken en leidinggevende kwaliteiten.
  • Fysiek werk in de buitenlucht schrikt je niet af en je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je communiceert zeer goed in het Nederlands om de veiligheid en vlotte samenwerking als ploegbaas wegenbouw te borgen.
  • Een rijbewijs B is noodzakelijk om je vlot naar de verschillende werven in Limburg te verplaatsen.
  • Aansturen en motiveren van je ploeg om dagelijks kwalitatieve asfaltwerken op te leveren.
  • Bewaken van de algemene voortgang, het asfaltverbruik en het bijsturen van bestellingen waar nodig.
  • Uitvoeren van technisch precisiewerk zoals het vakkundig afwerken van voegen en putdeksels.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang en de staat van de apparatuur als verantwoordelijke ploegbaas wegenbouw.
  • Garanderen van een veilige werkomgeving door strikte naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werf.
