  • Een renovatieproject van A tot Z mee in goede banen leiden.
  • Een klein renovatieteam dagelijks aansturen en de werkzaamheden goed op elkaar afstemmen.
  • Voor de start van een werf controleren of ontwerp, materialen, planning en andere voorbereidingen in orde zijn.
  • De juiste werkvolgorde bewaken en belangrijke kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren tijdens de renovatie.
  • Zelf meewerken op de werf en erop toezien dat de uitvoering volgens plan en met de nodige zorg gebeurt.
  • Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten tijdens de renovatie.
  • Afwijkingen, wijzigingen en eventueel meerwerk tijdig bespreken met de projectleider.
  • Uren en prestaties van de ploeg correct registreren.
  • Zorgen voor een nette werf en een kwalitatieve oplevering.

  • Grondige ervaring binnen badkamer- of interieurrenovatie.
  • Een sterke technische basis en een eigen specialisatie, bijvoorbeeld tegelwerk, sanitair of afbouw.
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap en het vermogen om een klein team op een positieve manier aan te sturen.
  • Een sterk oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Rustig, duidelijk en professioneel in het contact met klanten.
  • Gestructureerd en planmatig ingesteld.
  • Bereid om zelf mee te werken en tegelijk het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
