Voor een groeiende onderneming zoeken we een meewerkend ploegbaas die een team aanstuurt en mee instaat voor een vlotte uitvoering van bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten.

  • Coördineren en begeleiden van een team bouwarbeiders op de werf.
  • Verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en opvolgen van de planning.
  • Toezien op een correcte uitvoering van grondwerken, bekistingswerken, betonwerken en rioleringswerken.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Waken over een veilige werkomgeving en toezien op de naleving van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Overleggen met de werfleider en zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie binnen het team.
  • Dagelijks opvolgen van de voortgang van de werken en registreren van werkuren en materiaalverbruik.
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond of hebt ruime ervaring binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in bouwtechnieken en infrastructuurwerken.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt planmatig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die collega's motiveert en ondersteunt.
