Als Ploegbaas Extrusie (ook wel bekend als Teamleader of Ploegchef) bij dit bedrijf in Tielt word je de drijvende kracht op onze werkvloer. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve omgeving waar vakmanschap en kunststoftechnologie samenkomen. Samen met jouw team van gedreven operatoren zorg je ervoor dat onze hoogwaardige extrusieprofielen voldoen aan de strengste normen, terwijl je een werksfeer creëert waarin iedereen zich kan ontwikkelen.

Voor deze rol van Brigadier / Meewerkend Voorman zoeken we een technisch talent met mensenkennis:

  • Ervaring & Achtergrond: Je beschikt over een stevige technische basis (bij voorkeur in kunststofverwerking of extrusie) en hebt ree s ervaring opgedaan in een aansturende rol binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Probleemoplossend Vermogen: Je bent een krak in het identificeren en analyseren van storingen en weet deze proactief aan te pakken.
  • Leiderschap & Communicatie: Je bent een coach die talenten in de ploeg detecteert en medewerkers motiveert om hun capaciteiten optimaal te benutten.
  • Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail, werkt nauwkeurig volgens kwaliteitsnormen en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze overdracht naar de volgende shift.

Als Productieverantwoordelijke op de werkvloer draag je bij aan het succes van hen door:

  • Planning & Coordinatie: Het opstellen van een efficiënte werkplanning en het toewijzen van taken op basis van de competenties van je teamleden.
  • Technisch Toezicht: Het actief meewerken aan het oplossen van technische problemen en het doen van verbetervoorstellen om stilstanden te minimaliseren.
  • Coaching: Het opleiden van (nieuwe) medewerkers in extrusietechnieken en het waarborgen van de veiligheidsvoorschriften op de vloer.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Het controleren van eindproducten op conformiteit en het toezien op een ordelijke en nette werkomgeving.
  • Rapportage: Het zorgvuldig bijhouden van de productiegegevens en het verzorgen van een correcte verslaggeving tijdens de ploegwissels.
