Dit bouwbedrijf startte in 1977 als een klein familiebedrijf. De oprichter begon met veel doorzettingsvermogen en een duidelijke visie. Al snel groeide het bedrijf en kwamen er steeds meer medewerkers en projecten bij. Jobomschrijving

Voor de job als ploegbaas bekister voor de regio Alken ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Je stuurt een kleine ploeg aan en verdeelt de taken
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee op de werf
  • Je volgt de planning en de vooruitgang van de werken op
  • Je voert bekistingswerken en ijzervlechtwerken uit
  • Je leest en begrijpt bewapeningsplannen correct
  • Je knipt, buigt en verbindt ijzer voor betonconstructies
  • Je plaatst en monteert prefab elementen
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van het werk
  • Je zorgt dat iedereen veilig werkt op de werf
  • Je overlegt met collega’s en andere ploegen op de werf
  • Je signaleert problemen en denkt mee aan oplossingen
  • Je zorgt voor orde en netheid op de werkplek
  • Je controleert materialen en gereedschap voor gebruik
