The posting

Als ploegbaas neem je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de werkzaamheden. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning, volgt bestellingen en materiaalvoorziening nauwkeurig op en bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw team. Daarnaast steek je zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen en werk je actief mee op de werkvloer bij het lassen en monteren van metaalconstructies op maat.

Jouw taken:

  • Je geeft leiding aan je ploeg en coacht hen.
  • Je stelt een werkplanning op en ziet toe op de uitvoer ervan.
  • Je staat in voor het materialenbeheer en doet hiervoor de nodige bestellingen.
  • Tegelijk werk je actief mee bij montage en laswerken of het plooien en knippen van metalen platen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring in metaalconstructie en een grondige kennis van elektrode- en halfautomaatlassen.
  • Je hebt geen moeite met het lezen van technische plannen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van ploegen op de werf.
  • Attesten voor veiligheid en hoogtewerk zijn een troef.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
